Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.

Day 2Kathmandu valley sightseeing:

Sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley : Kathmandu, being a historical and cultural heart of Nepal, is a popular destination for tourists, trekkers and adventure seekers. The city presents a wonderful mixture of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and Western influence in the Valley. There will be a full day guided tour to the famous & biggest Hindu shrine Pashupatinath, the largest Buddhist stupa in town Boudhhanath, and Syambhunath and the Durbar Square. Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu

Day 3Kathmandu – Bhaktapur Activities

Bhaktapur Durbar Square :

Bhaktapurs Durbar Square is the gem not only of Bhaktapur, but also of the entire nation. The most fascinating structure here is the world-renowned 55-Window Palace. The elaborately carved windows and doors are something that visitors simply cannot help admiring. The seat of royalty before 1769 AD, the building now houses the National Art Gallery—the museum better known for its rich collection of paubha scroll paintings and breathtaking artworks in stone.

 

Taumadhi Square:

The Nyataponla Temple presides over the Taumadhi Square. Dating back to 1702 AD, the colossal five-storied edifice is the country’s tallest pagoda temple. The struts, doors, windows and tympanums—each embellished with attractively carved divine figures & perfectly portray the creative tradition of Newar craftsmen. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Siddhi Laxmi, the manifestation of female force and creativity.

 

Dattatreya Square:

The Dattatreya Square is Bhaktapurs third dazzling gem. The seat of royalty till the 15th century, the area still houses a great number of historic monuments including many wondrous Maths (residential mansions) and temples.The Dattatreya Temple is the main attraction of the Square. Constructed by King Yaksha Malla, the giant three-storied temple is believed to have been built with the stem of a single tree. Having defied series of calamities, it still bears testimony to the incredible achievement made in those regal days of the Nepalese history.

 

Bhimsen Temple, Pottery Square:

Bhaktapur has two famous pottery squares. One is ocated at Talac towards the southern part of he Durbar Square and another one located ate Suryamadhi, to the east of the Dattatraya square. Many potters can be seen working ont their traditional wheels and thousands of finished and semi-finished clay produts lie about in beautiful rows under the sun.Potters and their families can be observed busy in preparing the lumps fo black clay for the final shaping, mending some fo the row clay products or adding finer craftsmanship onto the half sone ones. If one is luck , one can even see how they burn these clay products in teh open traditional kilns for days before the final products are ready.

Changu Narayan:

The temple of Changunarayan is said to be the oldest in the Kathmandu Valley. Listed in the World Cultural Heritage, it is also a scenic spot situated at the altitude fo about 1700m and 4 KM to the north of Bhaktapur and 22 KM east of Kathmandu. The most authentic iscription located in the precinct of Changu Narayan is dated 464 AD and is accredited to the Lichhavi King Mandeva. Changu Narayan Temple , located high in the hill just to the north of Bhaktapur, is the oldest existing pagoda temple in Nepal. Overnight at Hotel in Bhaktapur.

Day 4Bhaktpur to Chisopani village Trek

Hike up Chiso pani village and enjoy the most beautiful views of Langtang himal, Gaurishanker Rolwalling and Annapurna mountains range.Overnight at Hotel in Chisopani.

Day 5 Chisopani to Nagarkot(2175m) views Trek

Nagarkot  tour package will give you and opportunity to appreciate the charming architectural heritages; the splendid palaces in Kathmandu and around as well as some of the most revere Buddhist monuments of the city will make you immersed into an enchanting ambiance of the medieval period . There are various places around the edge of the Kathmandu Valley that offer great mountain views, but the resort village of Nagarkot, 32km from Kathmandu, is generally held to be the best. Dedicated mountain watchers make their way up to the village, stay overnight in one of Nagarkot lodges, then rise at dawn to see the sun appear over the Himalaya.Overnight at Hotel in Nagarkot.

Day 6Nagarkot to Dhulikhel trek

Walk in nature most of the path through the villages, mountains views, farm fields and ancients towns. Green views resorts really give you a pleasant.Overnight at good hotel in Dhulikhel.

Day 7-8Dhulikhel to Drive Kathmandu Fly Pokhara Tour

Drive a private vehicle through Banepa, Bhaktapur, and  Kathamndu Domestic Airport. Take a 35 flight to Pokhara City.Overnight at Hotel in Pokhara.

Activities in Pokhara:

Pokhara Phewa Lake : The Phewa Lake which is the second-largest lake in Nepal is also the most important landmark of Pokhara. The Lakeside here covers almost half the eastern shores of the Phewa Lake. Most of the hotels, shopping malls and recreational centers are located here. A stroll along the shores of the lake is good enough to acquainted oneself with the place. Boating, fishing and swimming are also sought after recreational activities in this beautiful lake.

VIEW POINT (POKHARA) – Pokhara is an excellent place to savour the beauty of the majestic Himalayan peaks. Annapurna, the 10th highest peak in the world, is just 24 kms away from here. The northern skyline is also full of major peaks like Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhare and Lamjung.

BEGNAS TAL(Lake) AND RUPA TAL – Pokhara Phewa is only one of the seven lakes in the Pokhran Valley. Rupa and Begnas Lakes are among the other larger lakes situated approximately 15 kms east of Pokhara. Both these lakes are twin water-bodies separated by a low ridge and worthy of half-a-days visit.

 TEMPLE OF TAL VARAHI – The Tal Varahi Temple is located in the middle of the Phewa Lake, on an island. It can be reached by taking any of the colorful boats available from Varahi Ghat.

BINDYABASINI TEMPLE -The temple is the oldest structure in Pokhara built by Newari traders way back in the 16th century. You have to brace yourself for braving a long flight of steps to reach the temple. The main shrine of the temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga, though there is a new Shiva Temple and a small Buddhist monastery as well, at the base.

MAHENDRA CAVE – The Mahendra Cave is a limestone cave with stalagmites and stalactites, and happens to be an important religious site as well as a natural attraction. The walls are replete with numerous images of Hindu gods and goddesses and word has it that these images have been formed naturally.

DEEP GORGES – The Seti river flowing across Pokhara has created many gorges, most important among them being the Seti gorge. The mesmerizing vistas of these deep and narrow gorges can be best viewed from the Mahendra Pool.

DEVIS FALL – Locally known as Patale Chhango or Hells Fall, this fall has a string of other names including David or Davids Fall. Its source is the water from the Phewa Lake. Situated a kilometer away from Pokhara, the fall has some good places for pre-monsoon swimming, to its left and behind it .

WORLD PEACE PAGODA -The pagoda is located across the Phewa Lake, on top of the hill. One has to row to Hotel Fewa and then take the trail behind it to the top of the hill, in order to reach the monastery.

TIBETAN REFUGEE CAMP – Situated across the road from Devis Fall, the Tashling Tibetan Village has been set up by the Tibetan refugees. Their primary occupation is selling jewellery and souvenirs. Wool is also dyed and spun for making carpets. There is also a Tibetan Childrens Village for orphaned Tibetan children in Nepal.

SARANGKOT VIEW POINT: The view of the Annapurna Himalaya from Sarangkot is almost a religious experience. From here, you can see a panoramic sweep of Himalayan peaks, from Dhaulagiri (8167m) in the west to the perfect pyramid that is Machhapuchhare (6997m) , Annapurna I (8091m),and the rounded peak of Annapurna II (7937m) in the east, Mt Manaslu(8163m) and lamjung Himal. Most people come here at dawn or dusk, when the sun picks out the peaks in brilliant colors. People may really feel one of the world paradises.

Day 9-10Drive to Chitwan by private Vehicle.

After breakfast leaving the beautiful Pokhara city and drive to south  Chitwan national Park. We cross the Marshandgi  and Narayani Rivers with narrow gorges paths but beautiful views. Chitwan Many beautiful landscapes, bended roads and finally to reach a peaceful place at Chitwan .

Chitwan Activites:

Program Day 09: Pick up from bus / airport, welcome drink, briefing about program, lunch cultural tour to tharu village, museum tour, sunset view and dinner.

Program Day 10: Wake up call, breakfast, canoeing, nature walk, elephant breeding centre visit, lunch, elephant back safari, tharu stick dance and dinner.

Program Day 11: Wake up call, breakfast, bird watching and departure to Kathmandu.

Day 11Drive back to Kathmandu 5hrs by private vehicle.

It takes some 4/5 hour to Kathmandu by driving. Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 12Last day in Kathmandu and shooing/leisure day

Today is your last day in Kathmandu after all beautiful tours. You will have a full day to have leisure or go for shopping and enjoying by eating. Have a great day!

Day 13Fly back to homeland

Today  you will be transfer to International airport and welfare.
